2023 new feature releases

You listen for a living, and so do we. In 2023, we released more than 20 new features suggested by our customers, including:

- Updated Custom Form Builder
We made creating custom forms more straightforward by adding intuitive UI and drag-and-drop elements.

- Enhanced Security Features
We added SSO, password length requirements, options for mandatory two-factor authentication, automatic deactivation of inactive users after 90 days, and auto log-out for idle users.

- Personalized Reminder Emails
Practitioners now have the ability to include their practice’s social media and website links in reminder emails.

- Streamlined Income Reporting
A new layout makes it easier to view income, track payments, and run reports from your TA dashboard.

- Improved Client Registration
Clients can complete intake forms during online registration. The creation of login credentials is now at  the beginning of registration, making it easy to continue if they’re interrupted.

- Refer a Friend
Now you can refer friends right from your Dashboard. When they use your unique link to sign up, you each receive a credit of up to $50.
