Nothing is charged during your 30-day free trial. When it ends, TherapyAppointment automatically starts you at the pricing tier that matches your booked sessions. If you have 10 or less sessions booked per month, that's just $10 per month. You'll only be charged for the add-ons you chose to turn on during your trial, nothing extra.
No. Once you move into a higher pricing tier, your rate stays there even if your caseload shrinks. TherapyAppointment's pricing is based on your growth over time, not month-to-month fluctuations.
That said, if you're planning a sabbatical or an extended leave, reach out to our support team before it starts. We'll review your usage and right-size your plan for that period. We'd rather you hear that from us now than see it on an invoice later.
Yes, based on the information you entered this is the monthly price you'll pay. Your plan tier is a fixed rate, so those won't change.
The only part of your bill that varies month to month are our usage-based add-ons, things like integrated payment processing and insurance billing, and AI Notes. Those bill on what you actually use each month, so a slower month costs less. Your quote link saves your exact setup, so when you sign up, you'll start from these same numbers.
While your first month is free, you must provide a credit card to sign up. During those 30 days, you'll have access to all of our features so you can explore the full platform before committing. Your card will be automatically charged if you do not cancel before the 30 days are up. For more details, please see our Terms of Service.
The TherapyAppointment pricing calculator shows a separate Finix estimate because card processing is billed separately from your TA software subscription. Finix is our integrated payment processing partner and helps securely process client card payments in TherapyAppointment.

Yes. TherapyAppointment offers free onboarding assistance and tools to help you import client data from another EMR/EHR. Many practices set up TherapyAppointment before their go-live date so they can get comfortable with the system before fully making the switch.
No. TherapyAppointment is billed month to month and does not currently offer annual billing. Our pricing is designed to help practices save money by paying for what they need now, not what they might need later.
