Fall '24 New Feature Release

Our Fall '24 new feature release includes time-saving improvements to help you get the most out of TherapyAppointment. We added a new signature field in forms, updated the dashboard layout, and made it even easier to navigate settings.

Release highlights include:

  1. New feature widget
    First and foremost, we designed a widget to help our users get the most from new updates and improvements. 
  2. Smarter dashboard and settings layout
    As our features grew, we found our dashboard and settings layout was becoming crowded. So we thought long and hard about where things belonged, streamlined menus, and simplified what you see when you first log on. We think you'll agree that it's much easier to navigate now.
  3. Settings search bar
    Now users can find what they need with less clicking and scrolling. Just type the setting into the new search bar, click from the list below, and we'll take you there. 
  4. (Even more) customizable forms
    • Sign and complete forms
      This was a popular request, so we built it! We’ve added fields for providers and supervisors to complete sections and sign forms. Once a form is ready, it appears as a 'to do' on your dashboard.
    • Delete old forms
      Now practitioners can delete forms that they no longer actively use with clients. All removed forms are automatically added to your ‘Client Record Access’ report.
    • Set default date to today’s date
      The default date field in forms can now be set as ‘today’s date'. We hope this small change saves you and your clients a few minutes each day.
