About the job
We’re looking for a hybrid marketing designer-builder who can both create and publish. As a member of the Marketing team, you’ll work closely with our Brand Marketing Designer & Developer and spend a significant amount of time supporting Sales.
This is a hands-on role that combines visual design, web production, light front-end implementation, and marketing operations. Your job is to turn approved copy, creative direction, and project requirements into polished, accurate, well-designed work. Because this is a brand-new role, there’s no long list of “this is how we’ve always done it.” The right person will have room to bring their own ideas, shape the role around their strengths, and try new approaches when they make the work better.
This is not a copywriting position. Written content and messaging will be provided by others.

- Update pages and layouts in Webflow using approved copy and design direction
- Adjust HTML and CSS within existing templates and page builders as needed

- Identify and fix broken links, formatting issues, and routine front-end problems
- Publish and maintain digital content with attention to readability and accessibility
- Support basic SEO and GEO implementation, including metadata, image formatting, and internal links
- Partner with our Brand Marketing Designer & Developer on larger website projects and more complex technical needs
- Design and Creative Production
- Create digital assets for email, web, social media, advertising, Sales, events, and internal initiatives
- Design graphics for LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Ads, and other paid channels
- Resize and adapt creative work for different platforms, placements, and formats
- Work within established brand standards while bringing a thoughtful creative eye to each project
- Maintain organized design files and reusable assets
- Sales Support
- Serve as Marketing’s primary production partner for Sales
- Create and update presentations, one-sheets, email graphics, campaign assets, and event materials
- Build HubSpot emails, workflows, and forms for Sales campaigns and outreach
- Support conferences, webinars, demonstrations, promotions, and follow-up campaigns
- Ensure Sales materials are accurate, polished, and consistent with the TherapyAppointment brand

- An understanding of accessibility and basic SEO practices
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to manage several projects and requests without losing track of the small things

- Good judgment about what you can handle independently and when to bring in a designer, developer, or manager
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting a Sales team from within Marketing
- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, SaaS, or technology
- Familiarity with HubSpot workflows, segmentation, campaigns, and reporting
- Experience preparing print materials and working with vendors
