About the job
We’re looking for a hybrid marketing designer-builder who can both create and publish. As a member of the Marketing team, you will report to the Chief Marketing Officer, work closely with our Brand Marketing Designer & Developer, and spend a significant amount of time supporting Sales.
This is a hands-on role that combines visual design, web production, light front-end implementation, and marketing operations. Your job is to turn approved copy, creative direction, and project requirements into polished, accurate, well-designed work.
The work does not stop when the design is finished. You will build, test, and publish directly in HubSpot, Webflow, and other platforms.
Because this is a brand-new role, there’s no long list of “this is how we’ve always done it.” The right person will have room to bring their own ideas, shape the role around their strengths, and try new approaches when they make the work better.
