How to get TherapyAppointment Support

Have a conundrum? Need Support? Our Support Team is here to help!

Our Support Team is here to help YOU. In fact, helping you manage your practice is TherapyAppointment's highest calling. We offer a variety of ways to get in touch. However, with extremely high call volume lately, we'd love to remind you of the fastest ways to get in touch with our team.

How to contact Support

SERVICE REQUEST FORM: This is the fastest way to get the help you need. Our quick form collects a little info to immediately begin resolving your issue

EMAIL US: Just send your request with a few details to Support@therapyappointment.com

CALL US: We still answer the phone! Call volumes have been extremely high, but our Tech Support does return voicemails. However, we recommend submitting a Service Request or email as the fastest way to get the help you need.

Our team is quick to answer emails and calls and provide the answers you need. We promise to respond to you within 1 business day (but usually we’re in touch much sooner!).

Add us to your contacts!

To ensure you're getting our emails and responses, simply add us as a contact through your mail server. To do so, all you’ll need to do is find your contacts and add our email address, Support@therapyappointment.com, as a contact.

Need Insurance Specific Support?

Sometimes you just need a hand with billing. We get it! We’ve created a direct path to our team of Billing Experts.

INSURANCE SERVICE REQUEST: Using our form, we collect a little more information to begin immediately finding you a solution. Then, we’ll be in touch with more information or to schedule a call -- whatever will be the fastest/most direct way to solve the problem for you!

How Support and Our Billing Experts contact you

When you initiate a support request, we quickly follow up to get the troubleshooting started. Usually, this is via email, but we’ll request a call if that will be the easiest and fastest way to help you.

But, if we aren’t a contact in your inbox, our communications might hit your spam. Be aware!
