Platform Updates
The year of strategic assembly
In 2025, we continued to enhance TA’s core features, including payments, automations, scheduling, and note-taking.
New treatment plans
We took a look at our existing treatment plans and updated them to improve how patient care is documented and maintained.
Finix: A new integrated payment processing option
By partnering with Finix, our customers are able to choose the integrated processor that best fits their unique needs.
Integrated ePrescribe
By adding integrated ePrescribe, clinicians authorized to prescribe medications can send prescriptions in a secure, efficient, and HIPAA-compliant manner from their TA dashboard.
Client balance in appointment pop-up
Now our customers can see client's balance in their appointment pop-up, so invoices get paid on time.
Client portal enhancements
We added the ability to upload insurance cards through the client portal after registration is complete.
Improved claims submission
We added additional columns and more filters to claims submission screen.
Dashboard login widget
We created a timesaving widget that our customers can download to directly access their TA dashboard.
60-day Outlook sync
We expanded the Outlook email sync to 60 days, making it easier to manage your calendars.
