About the team‍

Our Engineering Team is a high-performing group that’s dedicated to building intuitive software that allows therapists to do what they do best - provide therapy. Are most of them full stack engineers? Yes. Are they content with letting “full-stack” end at the browser? Never. They embrace change and continuously find ways to evolve not just “what” we do, but “how” it gets done.

About the role‍

As a junior- or mid-level full stack engineer, you’ll work with infrastructure at AWS, server-side code, modern JavaScript/CSS frameworks, and, most importantly, our internal stakeholders (who are also therapists). In this role you’ll be asked to be introspective, challenged to continuously improve, and your feedback will always be valued.

‍What you’ll do

• Partner with senior engineers to implement new features, improve existing functionality, and fix the occasional bug
• Identify ways to improve not just “what” is done, but “how” it gets done
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and proprietary information
• Help improve the customer experience by sharing feedback to further develop the product

Desired skills & experience

Non-technical skills:

• Excellent written and oral communication 
• Ability to present complex information in various degrees of detail based on the audience
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to organize information
• Ability to create and maintain relationships with co-workers at all levels, from support staff to C-suite executives

Technical skills:

• A solid foundation in OLTP (CRUD) SQL
• Experience with at least one server side technology
• Experience with at least one modern front-end framework (e.g. React, Vue, Angular, Svelte, Ember)
