> TherapyAppointment is an all-in-one EMR and practice management software built specifically for mental health therapists. It combines scheduling, clinical notes and charting, billing and insurance claims, a secure client portal, telehealth, ePrescribe, and AI-drafted progress notes in one HIPAA-aligned platform for solo and group practices.

TherapyAppointment has served the mental health community for more than 25 years and supports 40,000+ practices. It was created by a psychologist in private practice and is operated by Psych Select Software (US-based). The company executes a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with customers and does not use client session recordings to train AI models.

Pricing is monthly with no contracts and no hidden fees: a 30-day free trial, then $10/month (up to 10 booked sessions), $39/month (11–39 sessions), and $59/month (40+ sessions). Every plan includes all core features, unlimited appointment reminders, unlimited secure client messaging, and free ERA posting. Optional add-ons: integrated Zoom for Healthcare telehealth ($5/month per practitioner), AI Notes (paid add-on, disabled by default), electronic claims from $0.15 per claim, and Finix integrated payment processing (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction).
